We naturally measure life through achievements: income, possessions, credentials, followers, titles, and accomplishments. Jesus repeatedly redirected attention toward the heart. At the end of the day, achievements are temporary; character travels with us. Ask yourself: “Is my life making me more loving, humble, faithful, courageous, generous, and Christlike?”
